How do I learn if I qualify for Lovet Pay?
You will find out if you qualify for Lovet Pay during your consultation with our hospital staff. Our staff will explain all the financing options and find the right one that works for you.
How long does it take to get approved for Lovet Pay?
Lovet Pay has instant approvals. Once you submit your application, you will find out if you’re approved within minutes.
Who is my Lovet Pay financing lender?
Lovet is not the lender. For your financial security and convenience, we have a partnership with HFD, a loan servicing provider, to administer payment options.
Can I still use Lovet Pay if I have bad credit, low credit, or no credit?
At Lovet, we believe nothing should get in the way of a pet parent’s love for their pet. We work closely with our lending partner, HFD, to ensure a variety of payment schedules and terms within Lovet Pay to meet more financial needs. As a result, 99% of Lovet Pay applicants are approved.
Can I use pet insurance in conjunction with Lovet Pay?
Yes, you can use both pet insurance and Lovet Pay to help cover the cost of your pet’s visit. All companies and policies are different, so please check with the terms of your plan to be aware of any reimbursement procedure.
How can I discuss payment options and plans with your team?
You will have the opportunity to discuss payment plans through Lovet Pay with our team during your consultation. Our staff will share our financing options with you and help find the best one that meets your needs. Are there interest-free options available for payment plans?
Yes, we offer interest-free payment plans for qualifying treatments as part of Lovet Pay. Please talk with our staff at your hospital for more details.
Is there a credit check required to qualify for Lovet Pay?
Yes, there is a soft credit check that is completed on any pre-qualification for our payment plans. A soft inquiry has no effect on your credit score.
