How do I sign my pet up for Lovet Essentials?
At this time, Lovet Essentials plans are only offered in-hospital. Give us a call, come by, or sign up at your next appointment!
Can I use Lovet Pay with Lovet Essentials?
Lovet Essentials cannot be combined with our flexible financing option, Lovet Pay.
Can I redeem my Lovet Essentials services at any Lovet location?
Your Lovet Essentials plan is tied to the hospital at which you signed your pet up. To transfer your plan, contact your original Lovet location.
Does Lovet Essentials cover more than one pet?
One Lovet Essentials plan applies to one pet. If you’ve got more than one pet at home and would like to purchase multiple Lovet Essentials plans, we offer multi-pet discounts so the whole family can enjoy the benefits and savings of Lovet Essentials!
Can I use pet insurance with Lovet Essentials?
Every pet insurance plan and provider are different, so please check the terms of your insurance plan to be sure if you’d like to use it in combination with your pet’s Lovet Essentials plan.
Does Lovet Essentials auto-renew? How can I cancel Lovet Essentials?
Yes, Lovet Essentials is a 12-month plan with payments automatically recurring each month. You will be notified before each monthly payment is automatically debited from the credit card on file. To cancel your Lovet Essentials plan, reach out to your local Lovet.
Can I use Lovet Essentials with other promos?
No, promotions and discounts cannot be combined with Lovet Essentials.
When can I start using Lovet Essentials?
Your pet’s Lovet Essentials plan starts the day you purchase it! That means you can use it right away, often in the same appointment in which you signed up.
