Enrollment for Lovet Essentials can only occur in-hospital. Give us a call or book online to schedule your next appointment!
Can I use Lovet Pay with Lovet Essentials?
Lovet Essentials cannot be combined with Lovet Pay.
Can I redeem my Lovet Essentials services at any Lovet location?
Your Lovet Essentials plan is connected to the hospital at which you signed your pet up. To transfer your plan, contact your original Lovet location.
Does Lovet Essentials cover more than one pet?
One Lovet Essentials plan applies to one pet. If you have multiple pets, each pet in your household will need their own Lovet Essentials plan.
Can I use pet insurance with Lovet Essentials?
Every pet insurance plan and provider are different, so please check the terms of your insurance plan to see how it can be used in combination with your pet’s Lovet Essentials plan.
Does Lovet Essentials auto-renew? How can I cancel Lovet Essentials?
Yes, Lovet Essentials is a 12-month plan with payments automatically recurring each month. You will be notified before each monthly payment is automatically debited from the credit card on file. To cancel your Lovet Essentials plan, reach out to your local Lovet hospital.
Can I use Lovet Essentials with other promos?
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with Lovet Essentials.
When can I start using Lovet Essentials?
Your pet’s Lovet Essentials plan starts the moment you sign up! You can even use it during that day’s appointment.
