Frequently asked questions

Appointments are the best way to make sure the time and date you’d like to come in are available. However, we know sudden or unexpected issues happen, so we offer a select number of walk-in appointments per day. If you’re not seeing an appointment time that works for you, please call our office and we’ll do our best to get you in.

We offer urgent care services during business hours. If you feel your pet is in distress outside of our operating hours, contact your nearest 24-hour emergency vet or the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435.

We take all credit cards, checks, Afterpay, CareCredit, and cash. We also offer flexible financing through Lovet Pay to make vet care more accessible to all our patients.

To contact us, go to our location details at the top of the page and give us a call during operating hours.

If your pet is nervous or anxious about visiting the vet, there are several steps you can take to help ease their stress. Before the appointment, try to familiarize your pet with the carrier or travel crate and offer them treats and positive reinforcement. On the day of the visit, arrive early to give your pet time to acclimate to the environment, and consider bringing their favorite blanket or toy for comfort. Let our staff know about any specific concerns or anxieties your pet may have, so that we can make additional accommodations to ensure a smoother experience.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule you based on that day’s appointment availability. We recommend getting to the hospital 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Same-day appointments. Walk-ins welcome.
